I am hoping, somewhat desperately, that this new year will see people of good conscience speaking out when they observe injustices, or bigotry, or abuse of any kind, whether it be at the highest level of government or in our own community and neighborhoods.
Relating this to the Stacey Burns murder case is not difficult. There likely are people of good conscience who have remained silent. May this be the year that the silence of injustice is broken and Stacey’s family and friends can finally experience some small degree of closure.

There is a wave of consciousness that started in London. People wear a safety pin on their shirts. It is show someone who is abused or is being abused especially by hatred that the wearer of the pin is on their side. It is more difficult to be an abuser if there are two or more people standing together. The pin signifies support. I’m hoping when the going gets much tougher than it is now, that people will stand up and be brave.. Love your blog!
Here is one name that probably knows more than they are telling: James Lowery. “Jim” was harshly sentenced to 8 years in jail and accessed fees of $2,308,470 for his role in transporting 900 lbs. of Marijuana in Henry County Illinois. Based on the fact no one else was arrested and the severity of James Lowery’s sentence, he did not “rat” out his associates. I seriously doubt he is involved directly in Stacey’s murder but the 6 week span between two of the biggest events in Wolfeboro history cannot be ignored either. If my understanding of the law is correct, anyone directly involved in this drug syndicate would also be directly responsible for any other crimes associated with this criminal enterprise including murder. IF Stacey Burns and/or Roberta Miller’s murders are connected to this drug syndicate, James Lowery and others could also be charged regardless of their role. However after what Jim Lowery has already been through, I seriously doubt he is agreeable to go down for murder. It is time for James Lowery and others to come forward and reveal what they know about this drug syndicate and any possible connection to Stacey Burns’ murder. For everyone’s sake especially their own.
Jim did 3 years, not 8 and his crime was in Illinois not Wolfeboro. Bobbie Miller was killed in Gilford not Wolfeboro. I know Jim personally and talk to him often, he had nothing to do with Stacey’s murder. As far as people of good conscience speaking out, wait a few and watch! 8 years ago we elected a one term senator with zero success in any kind of business and a strange dislike for America and Americans. We survived. You want desperation, talk to some loggers around here or some miners in Penn.and Va. or some oil workers in Texas, or even some Az. residents who now pay double for worse heath care.
